Job summary

Williams International is seeking an Engineering Specialist focused on Teamcenter to support and expand the PLM system. You will provide technical guidance across departments, manage deployments, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering and 5+ years with Teamcenter Rich Client, including BMIDE and customization. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience with Teamcenter Rich Client and related modules (BMIDE, workflows, structure manager, and access manager).
• Experience with HTML, XML, Windows Batch, PowerShell, Java, Python; C/C++ ITK customization.
• Jira/Bitbucket or Git and teamwork in a software engineering environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the Teamcenter PLM system; implement workflows and stylesheets.
• Create deployment packages for monthly builds and tailor Teamcenter to business needs.
• Improve business workflows to increase efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance across the group.
• Stay current with PLM trends and assess new features for adoption.
