AAON, Inc. seeks a seasoned business systems analyst to drive Teamcenter/PLM governance and integration with SAP and CAD systems.

You will translate complex engineering needs into clear requirements, manage the Azure DevOps backlog, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT to prioritize outcomes. You will mentor a delivery-focused team, lead workshops on BOM and lifecycle processes, and ensure tests, validations, and release readiness for PLM solutions while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role.
Experience working with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred).
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements.
Experience with Azure DevOps and delivery governance.

Responsabilités

Leads and mentors a development team to ensure clarity of responsibilities and consistent delivery.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT leaders to define priorities and outcomes for Teamcenter initiatives.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions for BOM, lifecycle, and product data processes.
Translate complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive governance of Teamcenter data including part numbers, classifications, and lifecycle states.
Lead integration requirements and alignment across Teamcenter, SAP, CAD, and other systems.
Manage Azure DevOps backlog including epics, features, user stories, and traceability.
Drive delivery execution by ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned in ADO.
Support testing, validation, and release readiness for Teamcenter solutions.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for PLM processes.
Identify process improvement and modernization opportunities.
Defines and monitors KPIs to assess product success and guide optimization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
