Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Package Consultant 3 to lead end-to-end PLM data migration and ERP integration initiatives. You will define migration architectures, coordinate large-scale data migrations, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across platforms.

You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to maintain digital continuity post-migration and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Define end-to-end PLM data migration architecture for enterprise transformations with Siemens Teamcenter as target.
• Lead large-scale, complex PLM data migrations (e.g., Agile PLM to Teamcenter).
• Translate business/engineering/IT data requirements into migration strategies and rules.
• Design repeatable migration approaches (migration factories, rule-driven transformations, automation).
• Define and enforce data quality, reconciliation, and validation strategies including dry runs and cutover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture shaping customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with development teams.
• Lead large-scale data migrations ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and lead user training workshops.
