Primary Function:

The major function of the role is to support the Boeing DCAC Replacement Benchmark pursuit. The role is to provide Teamcenter Enterprise expertise, working knowledge of the Boeing DCAC system and process, and the Teamcenter "Enterprise BOM" strategy alignment with Teamcenter Enterprise. The role will be part time and will be driven by the support of the sales pursuit.

Role Description

As part of a Country or Vertical Software Sales organization, responsible for generating and closing SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue opportunities to meet assigned Sales performance targets to drive ARR. This is achieved through mainly subscription sales and follow-on services sales. Orchestrates to generation of new logo business and/or supports existing account growth and renewals by generating simple account and opportunity plans. Establishes and maintains customer relationship, with coaching/support, at the line management level. Maps accounts key decision makers, identifies their high-level business challenges, recognizes their purchase obstacles, and understands how DISW solutions could help them. Understands the potential business value delivered and commercial advantages to a customer and uses basic "off the shelf" sales value positioning for an opportunity stage and different buying personas. Track measurable goals for monitoring territory and account growth against targets.

Roles:

  • Responsible for generating and closing SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue opportunities to meet Sales performance targets and drive ARR.
  • Focuses on subscription sales and follow-on services sales.
  • Drives new logo business and/or supports growth and renewals of existing accounts.
  • Creates simple account and opportunity plans to support sales efforts.
  • Establishes and maintains customer relationships at the line management level with coaching/support.
  • Maps account decision-makers and identifies key business challenges and purchase obstacles.
  • Understands how Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) solutions can address customer challenges.
  • Utilizes basic "off-the-shelf" sales value positioning based on opportunity stages and buyer personas.
  • Tracks measurable goals to monitor territory and account growth against set targets.
  • Works independently with some supervision on assignments and sales pursuits.
  • Consumes internal knowledge around customers, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Focuses on Customer Accounts and New Logos with opportunities of basic scope.
  • Able and willing to work on a part-time basis for a maximum of 6-month contract assignment as needed.

The hourly rate for this position is $225.00 and does not include any health or wellness benefits to the employee. This is a part-time position (less thank 40 hours per week) for a maximum of 6-month contract assignment.
