Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Teamcenter Compliance Management consultant in the United States. The role focuses on architecture, data modeling, and advanced customization within Teamcenter to meet regulatory requirements and ensure sustainable compliance across product lifecycles.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, defining architecture, and leading data migrations. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with Teamcenter and regulatory programs are required.

Qualifications

• Teamcenter Core technical skills on Compliance Management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP).
• Experience in material and environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of country-of-origin management and supplier compliance.
• Audit & traceability and regulatory reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external applications and lead data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience while leading compliance audits.
• Create documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops for users.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• Teamcenter Core technical skills on Compliance Management, work experience with Hitech customer
• Experience in managing REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Material Compliance: Track material composition and approved substances used in products.
• Experience in environmental Compliance: Verify products meet environmental regulations before release.
• Experience in Country-of-Origin Management: Manage sourcing and country-of-origin declarations for parts and assemblies.
• Experience in Supplier Compliance: Collect compliance declarations and certifications from suppliers.
• Experience in Audit & Traceability: Maintain complete traceability and audit trails for regulatory inspections.
• Experience in Compliance Reporting: Generate compliance certificates, regulatory reports, and customer declarations.
• Experience in Risk Identification: Identify non-compliant parts, materials, suppliers, or BOMs early in development.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Experience in Siemens Teamcenter, with strong Compliance Management module implementation knowledge, coordination within development teams and Customer Management skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
