A leading humanitarian organization is seeking a Team World Vision Sr. Representative responsible for fundraising and building church partnerships. The role necessitates a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in fundraising and partnership management, with a goal of raising a significant annual donor value. This position allows for remote work from Los Angeles and involves significant outreach and relationship-building within church communities.

Role: Team World Vision Sr. Representative
Reports to: Regional Director Church Engagement
Location: Remote from Los Angeles, CA
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. In addition, a minimum of 5 years of practical, specialized work experience in fundraising, ministry, partner management, marketing, and/or sales.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.
Travel: Up to 25% of time in the U.S.
Estimated Salary Range: $89,680 - $110,000

The Sr. Representative will collaborate within the Church and Ministry Partnership Teams to invite pastors and congregants into God's work of justice and mercy to eliminate extreme poverty. Responsible for raising a long-term donor value of $1.5M annually. Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with church leaders and organizations to meet fundraising goals. Increase participation and fundraising year-over-year by encouraging commitments to serve the poor in Christ's name. Personify World Vision's mission through witnessing and ministering through deeds, words, and signs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, ministry, partner management, marketing, or sales. Background in athletic fundraising and experience with church or athletic communities preferred.
