Rosin Eyecare in Everett, WA seeks a dynamic Practice Leader to drive premium eyecare experiences across the community. You will lead doctors and staff, shape patient journeys, and ensure efficient operations. A background in eyecare or healthcare management, plus strong financial and people leadership, is required. The role includes weekend/evening shifts and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years management/supervisory experience, preferably in an eyecare/healthcare setting.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and growth
  • Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis
  • Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications
  • Strong communicator and listener

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local practice team and coordinate with doctors to maintain high patient care and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and coach staff to deliver superior patient experiences and performance.
  • Recruit and build a talent pipeline for succession.
  • Monitor operations, provide on-the-job training, and ensure policy adherence.
  • Analyze financial data and recommend actions to improve profitability.
  • Control store profits and expenses, including salaries, inventory, and reimbursements.
  • Drive adoption of new technology and processes and lead change initiatives.

Position Overview

This role supports the Company’s mission to create a community with a primary focus on promoting and guaranteeing premium and professional eyecare experiences with every patient at their local practice. The role also supports advancing the profession of optometry in the healthcare industry. This position is the leader within the local practice and marketplace and establishes the practice as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Works closely with managing and associate doctors to ensure the highest standard of patient care and workflow efficiency.
  • Conveys a patient-centric approach through leading team performance, coaching, inspiring, and developing team members to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences, every time.
  • Recruits and selects high caliber, success-oriented talent and creates a talent pipeline for succession.
  • Monitors all aspects of practice operations, provides on-the-job training and support to team members in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
  • Analyzes practice financial data and makes recommendations regarding next steps to optimize overall practice profitability.
  • Controls profits and expenses for the store, through operational functions, sales and medical/vision insurance claim accuracy, labor, supply ordering, etc.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of eyecare business and patient care and has the capability to transfer knowledge to superior patient experiences and business results.
  • Follows workforce management guidelines to optimally staff all practice hours of operation.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy through proper inventory management procedures.
  • Drives change management activities in the practice to include adoption of new technology, processes, and continued improvement.
  • Ensures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained.
  • Works weekends and evenings in support of the business needs (varies by location).
  • Adheres to attendance and daily time keeping requirements.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Consistently maintains proper dress code.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as business needs.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 4+ years management/supervisory experience, preferably in an eyecare/healthcare setting
  • A proven track record of delivering results and growth
  • Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis
  • Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications
  • Strong communicator and listener
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent
  • ABO Certification
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: 80,168.40 - ... Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
