The Musco Conference Center Administration team is excited to announce an opening for a Team Services Assistant at our Oskaloosa office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the conference center by providing administrative & technical support for internal and external customers, ensuring the smooth execution of meetings and events. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience handling conflicts in a diplomatic and effective manner.

Patience, active listening skills and a calm demeanor in all situations.

What you will do as a Team Services Assistant:

Support the day-to-day operational needs and foster a welcoming environment for the conference center.

Help with conference center room bookings, technology setups, troubleshooting, and facility related questions.

Ensure the conference center and team spaces are prepped and maintained for all functions and events.

Provide comprehensive front desk services, manage check-ins, and respond to inquiries.

Perform administrative duties as assigned and process conference center work orders.

Take care of routine and unique guest requests, ensuring satisfaction and personalized experience. Serve as a point of contact as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school degree or GED is required.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality or front desk setting.

Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related fields is a plus
