About The Role

As a Team Resource Manager in our Liquids/Aerosols Department, you will lead a team dedicated to excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and influencing our working environment. You will support operations, enforce safety and compliance standards, manage personnel and resources, and drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting operations for Packaging / Processing (Maintenance, Processing, Liquids) with strict safety, SOP, and GMP compliance.
• Assigning trained personnel, managing absences, and providing guidance.
• Collaborating with Materials Management on raw material inventory issues and with Project Teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitoring machine setups, validations, and materials delivery.
• Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Participating in daily production and planning meetings to review orders and requirements.
• Driving line efficiency and implementing improvement plans.

The experience we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years of production experience.
• Flexibility to support all shifts as needed.
• Ability to create and work within operating plans and budgets.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, OSHA safety regulations, Lean principles, and MS Office.
