Job Description

CDL Class A Team Driver - (Forward Air)

Earn up to $2,800 /week as CDL Class A Driver with STEER Logistics and Transport Inc. - a Forward Air partner.

Our team runs are in the Forward Air Linehaul network and provides you with:

• Home every two to three weeks
• Consistent miles & limited waiting times
• W-2 or 1099 Employee

• Multiple runs available; 5,000-7,000 miles per week
• 100% drop & hook / No Touch Freight
• Great money, consistent miles, and great home time

Requirements

• Clean CDL Class A, MVR background check (no major violations in the last 5 years)
• 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Pass background check, drug/alcohol screening, and DOT physical

Pay & Benefits

• Team pay starts at $2000 - $2,800 per week (based on miles and experience)
• New fleet with 2025 & newer tractors and automated transmissions
• Weekly direct deposits and online pay stubs

Equipment: New fleet with 2025 & newer tractors and automated transmissions, Volvo VNL 860 and Kenworth Sleepers, mini fridge, double bunk.
