Overview

As a Restaurant Crew Member, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will work as part of a team delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with orders, recommend menu items, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes and standards; maintain proper portion control and presentation.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized; follow sanitation guidelines and food‑safety procedures; assist with dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with teammates, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management, and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Upselling and Promotion: Inform customers about promotions, new menu items, and loyalty programs; encourage participation.
