Sonic Drive-In Henderson is hiring Crew Members to join a fast-paced team delivering great guest experiences through friendly service, food prep and clean operations. No experience is required as training is provided and you’ll learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders accurately and deliver fast service.
• Prepare food and beverages per Sonic quality standards.
• Deliver orders quickly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, kitchen, and guest areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety procedures.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly on busy shifts.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Assist with stocking supplies, cleaning tasks, and opening/closing duties.

SONIC Drive-In is looking for energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our fast-paced team! As a Crew Member, you'll help create an outstanding guest experience by delivering great service, preparing quality food and drinks, and keeping the restaurant clean and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
