SONIC Drive-In is looking for energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our fast-paced team! As a Crew Member, you’ll help create an outstanding guest experience by delivering great service, preparing quality food and drinks, and keeping the restaurant clean and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and provide fast, efficient service
• Prepare food and beverages according to SONIC quality and presentation standards
• Deliver orders quickly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and guest areas
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all food safety procedures
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when needed
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assist with stocking supplies, cleaning tasks, and opening or closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No experience required — we’re happy to train motivated team members
• Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
