Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers at our convenient plazas. You will clean, stock, and prepare a variety of food items while handling payments at the POS and ensuring food safety and brand standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include cooking support, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with product knowledge and cross‑selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Thoroughly clean, stock, and maintain the plaza and kitchen areas; prepare and serve quality food.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available at the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
