Job summary

Auntie Anne’s, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Lancaster for November–December 2026 with a holiday pay incentive and tips. You will help prepare pretzels and drinks, bag orders, and keep the store and equipment clean while delivering friendly service.

Potential to transition to a full-time role. You’ll learn baking, cash handling, and customer service in a fast-paced, standards-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
• Must have dependable transportation and be reachable by phone.
• Must comply with state and federal age restrictions for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, pretzels, and drinks according to standard recipes.
• Roll, twist, bake, and present pretzels; monitor ovens for color and time.
• Greet guests, upsell, and handle cash registers per store procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, equipment, and prep areas.
• Follow dress code and safety regulations for food handling and equipment.

Potential to transition to full-time employee.Performs tasks required for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne’s products to its customers, and for the maintenance of the Auntie Anne’s store premises and equipment, in accordance with Auntie Anne’s Threefold Philosophy, operating standards, and policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIESDepending upon shift and station assignment, may be required to:Prepare doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, Dutch ice, etc.)Roll and twist pretzelsDip, shape, and salt pretzelsInsert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product colorDip, drain, and file pretzels in RoundupPrepare specialty pretzelsPrepare drinks and bag ordersAt all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workersGUESTS: Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflectionAccurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register ProceduresSet up equipment, utensils, and supplies at openingBreak down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closingPerform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shiftComply at all times with Auntie Anne’s dress code and personal appearance standardsComply with all Auntie Anne’s policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et al.Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Auntie Anne’s Inc.Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Shift LeaderQUALIFICATIONSMust possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality.
