Description

Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability. Their primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Responsibilities include:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Handling emergency situations when called upon
• General cleaning duties
• Compliance with the company dress code

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Box Office

• Operating POS system and handling cash, credit cards, and tickets
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX)
• Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
• Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system
• Responding to guest inquiries

Concession

• Operating POS system and handling cash and inventory
• Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
• Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
• Complying with food safety laws
• Ensuring alcohol certification is current where applicable
• Reading and understanding training materials on harassment and discrimination

Usher

• Tearing tickets and directing patrons
• Inspecting bags when applicable
• Managing crowd control
• Enforcing MPAA rating system
• Conducting in-theatre inspections
• Reporting issues to management
• Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining common areas

Pay Scale Information: $15.13/hour

Benefits: Free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Eligibility for 401(k) retirement plan with company match after six months of service for employees over 21.

Education/Experience:

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier required.

Physical Demands:
