Duties

1. Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families as a Registered Nurse (RN).
2. Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments.
3. Document Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records.
4. Protect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols.
5. Resolve Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
6. Ensure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care.
7. Maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

• Work well in a team environment.
• Hold a current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
• Have solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Be friendly and a strong team worker.
