Team members are classified based on theatre needs and employee availability as part-time, variable hour, or fixed employees. Their primary responsibility is to ensure guests receive exceptional service. They may work in the Concession Stand, as an Usher, or as a Greeter. Employees must act as representatives of Regal, adhering to our mission and policies, including:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Handling emergency situations when called upon
• General cleaning duties
• Compliance with dress code

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position:

Concession

• Operate POS system, handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and manage inventory
• Promote Regal Crown Club & Unlimited programs
• Operate and clean concession equipment
• Upselling and suggestive selling
• Follow food safety laws and regulations
• Complete required training, including alcohol certification if applicable

Usher

• Scan tickets and direct patrons
• Inspect bags and manage crowd control
• Enforce MPAA ratings and maintain theatre environment
• Report issues to management
• Assist with cleaning and opening/closing duties

Pay rate: $12.50/hr. Benefits include free movie passes, discounted concessions, and a 401(k) plan after six months and age 21.

Qualifications include completion of cast certification, ability to perform essential duties, and good communication skills. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and good vision.
