Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable on property safety and layouts.
• Knowledgeable of what not to wash.
• Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel.
• Safely guide and load each vehicle per size.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attend all mandatory trainings and team meetings.
• Follow safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload vehicles as they pass through the wash tunnel.
• Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash.
• Complete nightly close down checklist.
• Complete daily shift report to document shift performance.
• Maintain clean, organized car wash facility.
• Assist in cleaning the facility and equipment as needed.
• Engage with guests using the 4 Steps of Service.
• Inform customers about memberships and promotions.
