Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a reliable front-line Attendant to greet guests, guide vehicles through the tunnel, and ensure safe loading by size.

You will perform safety checks, assist with cleaning duties, complete shift reports, and participate in mandatory trainings in all weather conditions. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, supporting a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel.
• Safely guide and load each vehicle per size.
• Perform safety inspections of vehicles before wash.
• Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service.
• Inform all retail guests about Memberships.
• Train new Team Members on approved training modules.
• Complete daily shift report to document shift performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized car wash facility.
• Learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
