America's Thrift Stores is seeking a part-time Processing Team Member in Madison, TN. Monday–Friday shifts with no nights or weekends. You will sort donated items, identify treasures, and help prepare merchandise for the sales floor while supporting recycling efforts and community initiatives.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, neatness, teamwork, and high daily productivity. You must be 18+ and ready to join our processing team.

What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?

• Sort donated items and identify great finds
• Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
• Get those great finds sales floor ready
• Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
