Job summary

Popeyes in Prescott Valley is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare signature items, and work with the team to meet daily goals while following safety and health guidelines. Training is provided; flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
