Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our team in Missouri Heights. You will play a central role in delivering exceptional guest service, preparing Popeyes signature items, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

As a Team Member, you’ll work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, collaborating with managers and teammates to meet daily goals while following health and safety guidelines. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude to make them feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature items following brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered promptly.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
