Job summary

Popeyes Round Rock is hiring entry-level Team Members to provide friendly guest service, assist with food preparation, and help maintain a clean, efficient restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and contribute to a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a supportive team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
