Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members in Chandler, AZ. You will greet guests, take orders, cook Popeyes menu items, and keep the dining area clean. This role emphasizes teamwork, fast service, and a positive guest experience in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
