Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members at our Castle Rock, CO location. You’ll be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering friendly guest service, handling orders, assisting with food prep, and helping keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. Prior experience helps but training is provided; shift flexibility including nights and weekends is required for many openings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds) and stand for extended periods

What You’ll Do

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
