Job summary

Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Utah team. You will be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering great guest service, preparing delicious items, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
