Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to deliver great guest service, prepare delicious menu items, and help create a fun, positive atmosphere.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, operate the register, keep the dining area and kitchen clean, and work with a supportive team. Training is provided; many shifts including nights and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering great guest service.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods

What You'll Do

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
