SeoulSpice Korean Kitchen is seeking a Team Member in Washington, DC to join a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant team. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing ingredients, building bowls, fulfilling orders, operating the register, and keeping the restaurant ready for service.
No restaurant experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn while upholding SeoulSpice values of vibrancy, respect, dedication, teamwork, and growth.
SeoulSpice serves delicious Korean food made from scratch with love. Inspired by traditional family recipes, our food is prepared by hand using house-marinated meats, fresh produce, and bold sauces and toppings.

As a Team Member, you’ll help bring Korea’s delicious food, warm hospitality, and vibrant culture to every guest. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may welcome guests, prepare ingredients, build bowls, fulfill digital orders, operate the register, or keep the restaurant ready for service.
You don’t need restaurant experience to succeed here.
