The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following a strict proprietary recipe, NbC cake-frosting methods, and food safety standards, the Froster makes our signature frosting and utilizes standardized application techniques to frost all of our delicious cakes. Accountabilities/Duties
- Follow NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
- Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes effectively.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
- Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, storage of frosted cakes, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation; ensure frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift; wash equipment if necessary.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- No formal education or experience required, but previous food service or bakery support experience is a plus.
Work Availability
