Metro Franchising is hiring a Part-Time Team Member in Plainview, NY, to deliver excellent Guest experiences and uphold brand standards at Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. You will work 15–30 hours per week, supporting a fast-paced service environment.

As part of the Metro Franchising team, you will contribute to a guest-first culture, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling in the New York market.

We are looking for Part-Time Team Members that will . .

• Treat Guests as their #1 Priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency
• Be a Team Player – communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support your fellow Team Members
• Prepare products according to Metro’s Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems
• Comply with all Metro’s policies & procedures
• Be committed to work 15-30 hours per week
