Job summary

Metro Franchising operates Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops in the NY metro area. Team Members deliver great Guest experiences, uphold quality, and maintain clean work areas while following brand standards.

Pay Rate from:$17.00 per hour. Location 209 - Huntington, 200 E Main St. Full-Time and/or Part-Time positions are available, with opportunities for growth within the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program.

Qualifications

• Treat Guests as their #1 Priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency.
• Be a Team Player – communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards.
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
