Job summary

Pokémoto Auburn is seeking a friendly Part-Time Team Member to support in-store operations and guest experience. You’ll greet guests, help with the menu, prepare ingredients, and keep the dining area clean and organized while delivering quick, quality service.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we train the right person. Flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, tip pool participation, and employee meal discounts are offered at this growing franchise in Auburn.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with energy and a smile.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions confidently.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy rushes.
• Handle in-store, online, and delivery orders efficiently.
• Ensure every bowl leaves the line looking fresh and consistent.
• Our restaurant operates in an assembly-line style format.
• Work quickly and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Maintain proper portioning and presentation.
• Stay organized during high-volume periods.
• Support the team to keep orders flowing smoothly.
• Prepare fresh ingredients during morning and afternoon prep.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Label, date, and store food properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
• Wash and sanitize a high volume of dishes.
• Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas spotless.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists.
• Follow health department guidelines.
• (No grills, fryers, or vent hoods — just fresh ingredients and a clean environment.)

What You’ll Do:

As a Part-Time Team Member, your focus is on in-store operations and guest experience. There are no marketing or outside sales responsibilities — your job is to help deliver an outstanding in-store experience every shift.

Guest Service
