Responsibilities

• Providing the highest possible level of hospitality, quality and value to the customer
• Engaging customers and developing relationships, contacts, and networking
• Maintaining a positive attitude
• Foreseeing, identifying, and resolving any potential issues or problems throughout the shift
• Work the line/different positions as needed throughout the shift
• Preparing high quality products consistently adhering to set standards and recipes
• Cleaning and organizing work stations and other assigned areas of the restaurant

Essential Physical Functions

• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
• Ability to stand/walk 5-8 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors
• Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
