Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking Team Members for our Beatrice, NE manufacturing plant. You will assist in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity on a 12-hour shift (7AM-7PM) with weekend/holiday coverage. Starting wage is $20/hour with a $2 night shift differential.

Responsibilities include shoveling and packaging dry ice, labeling, staging, cleaning containers, and safe forklift operation. You may move between departments as directed by supervisors to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience preferred; food safety background desired.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain safety protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and reliability.

This integrated distribution network ensures that Nippon Sanso Matheson can quickly react to customers' needs.

Pay range: $20.00-23.00

MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER - Beatrice, NE

Nippon Sanso Matheson is looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Beatrice, NE. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality and productivity. This position is a 12 hour shift from either 7AM-7PM working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. NEW HIGHER WAGES Starting Wage: $20.00/hour with a $2.00 Night Shift Differential.

Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics

• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process - Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.

Essential Functions

• Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience required/ Preferred 1-3 years Desired Food safety experience
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to Speak UP and do what is right, and have the ability to watch out for others and help instead of watch others work. Ability to follow directions, to be at work on time, understand and follow safe work practices.
