Express Wash Concepts is hiring at our Columbus location. Starting at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance as you grow with our team.

As a Team Member, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, upsell monthly wash packages, greet customers, and participate in safety and quality checks.

We provide training, company uniforms, paid vacation, and a clear path to leadership across 130+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and upsell packages.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell add-ons.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
• Operate POS and basic retail equipment.
• Assist in daily operations and team goals.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What You’ll Need to Shine
