Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a friendly Brand Ambassador/Team Member to help guests choose smoothies and retail products that support healthy lifestyles. You will greet guests, prepare ingredients, and deliver a welcoming, energetic experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, guest-first service, and flexibility with shifts. Prior food service is a plus, but enthusiasm for health and fitness and the brand culture are most important.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team member excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a guest comes first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
