Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hamilton Quarter is hiring a Front of House Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences with hospitality, teamwork, and strong customer service. Pay starts up to $16/hr with paid training and growth potential in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Shifts typically begin around 11:00am and end between 5:00pm–8:00pm. Sundays off are guaranteed, and scheduling is designed to fit school or commitments. We train leaders and offer benefits for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, coachable, adaptable, and upbeat.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
• Work as a cashier or in the kitchen, taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Help maintain speed, accuracy, and cleanliness during busy meal rushes.
• Support Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, and Dining Room operations.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Follow Chick-fil-A's operational and hospitality standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and fellow Team Members.

Your Role in the Front of House

• Work as a cashier or in the kitchen, taking customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Support Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, and Dining Room operations, or Support the kitchen working with fryers, food prep, and grill.

Schedule

• Must Saturday availability
• Must work a minimum of 3 days per week
