Dunkin' in Calabash, NC is looking for a Restaurant Team Member to greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register and help prepare fast, accurate sandwiches while upholding high sanitation standards. You’ll maintain cleanliness across the dining area, restrooms and equipment, and deliver friendly, world-class service to every guest.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, be able to read, write and speak English fluently, work well in a fast-paced team, follow recipes and procedures

Responsabilités

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments and makes change.
• Takes telephone/mobile orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Position Title: Restaurant Team MemberReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:A Jimmy Johns Restaurant Team Member is responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. Providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.Responsibilities Include:Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwichesComplies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and proceduresMust be able to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing timesMaintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms etc.Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customer and makes changeExecutes genuine greetings and farewellsTakes telephone/mobile orders and completes delivery ticketsFills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrityMaintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress codeDisplays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignmentsPerforms other related duties as requiredEducation/Experience:You must be at least 18 years oldHS Diploma or GED preferredKey Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeMust be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearlyWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small spaceEach franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
