Job summary

Aggieland Outfitters is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our College Station store. This part-time role focuses on inventory control, accuracy, and safeguarding product integrity in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will count stock, update records, and report discrepancies while collaborating with the Inventory Team to prevent loss and ensure quality. A high school diploma and willingness to hustle are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift and move boxes as needed (we hustle!).
• Some in-town travel may be required using your own transportation
• Interest in Aggie gear, campus culture, or online retail
• Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required

• Serve as a member of the Inventory Team in accordance with our core values.
• Perform all regular duties associated with Inventory control in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records at all times.
• Ensure precision and reliability when counting inventory.
• Pay close attention to assigned section.
• Backstock items in an organized manner to avoid damage or premature wear and tear.
• Reports reasons for records discrepancies.

Job DetailsJob Location: Aggieland Outfitters University Drive - College Station, TX 77840Position Type: Part TimeAdd value to the company by conducting inventory in our University Drive store, verifying inventory record accuracy, comparing inventories to office records, adjusting errors in computation on records, and preparing list of defective items. Includes responsibilities for safety, product integrity, theft prevention and quality control.
