Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member at our East McKeesport location. Starting pay $15.00/hour with opportunities to advance as you learn the car wash business and contribute to fast, eco-friendly services and exceptional customer care.

You’ll greet customers, explain Unlimited Wash Club benefits, upsell products, and maintain daily quality checks while working outdoors in all weather. We offer training, uniforms, paid vacation, and growth across 130+ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Upsell products and memberships to customers.
• Maintain quality standards with daily checks and safety protocols.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS, computers).
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers.

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
