Duties

• Provide advice and support to residents and their families.
• Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments.

• Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Resolve resident problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Ensure quality of care by following facility philosophies and standards.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
