Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and promote unlimited wash club packages.

You'll greet customers, upsell products, operate basic retail equipment, and uphold safety standards while working outdoors in all weather. We offer paid vacation, uniforms, and ongoing training with growth opportunities from team member to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on benefits of Unlimited Wash Club and upsell add-ons.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address all customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) as needed.
• Pitch memberships when interacting with customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to broaden knowledge base.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
