Job summary

Green Clean Express Auto Wash on Tidewater Drive is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships. You’ll greet customers, upsell packages, and explain benefits while ensuring quality and safety on site.

We offer training and growth opportunities, uniforms, and paid time off. Weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for a full shift.
• Lift up to 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the proper safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with a strong first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality through regular Quality Control checks.
• Address escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic POS and other retail equipment.
• Pitch memberships during customer interactions.
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge.
