Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Suffolk, VA is hiring entry-level Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for our line of car wash packages. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities to advance as you build experience and skills in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

You will greet customers, explain the Unlimited Wash Club, upsell related products, operate basic POS systems, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club and memberships.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality control through regular checks and safety compliance.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment including POS systems.
• Promote memberships when engaging new customers.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service andfocussales efforts byengaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packagesand upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage withcustomerspre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance throughaccurateQuality Control checks.
• Comply withall safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Understand andoperatebasic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment to expand theknowledgebase.
• Perform other related duties asrequiredand assigned.

WhatYou’llNeed to Shine

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
