Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring a Team Member in Franklin, VA to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales of Unlimited Wash Club memberships. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.

As a Team Member, you will greet customers, explain benefits of memberships, upsell products, and ensure customer satisfaction through a fast, friendly wash experience. This role is on-site, with weekend availability and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with upselling Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks and follow safety protocols.
• Handle basic retail equipment (POS) and process transactions.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
