Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Greet customers and upsell products to increase sales.
• Educate customers on benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club; perform quality checks.
• Operate basic retail equipment (POS) and address escalations calmly.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base and assist teammates.
