Chick-fil-A Shepherdstown Crossing is hiring a Team Member. This full-time role includes Daytime or Evening Shifts in a fast-paced drive-thru and dining room environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities span front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including cooking, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting teammates. No formal education is required, and training will help you grow professionally.

Chick-fil-A Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food service.

As a Team Member working in the Drive-Thru / Dining Room (Front of House), you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru, deliver meals to Guests, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and ensure each guest has a great experience!

As a Team Member working in the kitchen (Back of House), you would prepare and cook food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness and other kitchen duties.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and each other.
