Job summary

Chick-fil-A Williamsport is looking for Team Members to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a friendly, guest-focused environment. Roles include Front of House and Back of House with opportunities for growth under experienced Operators in a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant in Williamsport.

Team Members will work in a fast-paced setting, providing signature Chick-fil-A service while upholding standards, dress code, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and maintain eye contact.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and promptly.
• Stock inventory and keep kitchen neat and organized.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changesComplete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
