This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and team-focused. You will help prepare and serve food that looks great, tastes great, and meets Bigham’s standards every time. You will also help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Work with a team-first attitude

• Build plates accurately and with attention to detail
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
• Follow food safety, health, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Help with dishes, cleaning, restocking, and other tasks as needed
• Run food to guests and interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
• Stay flexible and willing to help wherever the team needs you
• Slow down when needed to make sure the job is done right
• Take ownership of your role and look for ways to serve the team

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Hours may vary based on restaurant needs and availability. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is preferred.
